Spa Policy

 

Massage and Body Treatments

 

There is no limit of age to receive and enjoy massage treatments. Please alert your receptionist if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, suffering from high blood pressure or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.

 

Reservations

 

We recommend that you schedule your appointment ahead of time so we can meet your requests.

 

Health Conditions

 

When making your spa reservation, please let us know any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your service.

 

Late Arrivals

 

You are kindly requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow enough time to get ready for treatment. If arriving late, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be reduced to avoid delays to other patients. Treatments will still be charged in full.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of services. If you are within this booking time, you are already confirmed for your treatment and the cancellation policy will be in effect and a 50% charge will be applied. Full charge is applied for no shows. This policy also applies to Gift Card holders.

 

Cleanliness

 

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

 

Loss or Damage

 

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please arrange care for your valuables prior to your visit. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe that is provided upon request.

Payment

 

All major credit cards accepted. We do accept personal checks.

 

Prices

 

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask our receptionist when you book your appointment.

 

Retail Products

 

We will be happy to accept returns on most un-used products in original packaging purchased from the spas within 30 days of purchase with a valid. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. All refunds are for SPA RETAIL CREDIT ONLY for future product purchases. No cash refunds. The spa does not accept returns on items purchased from gloriahincapie.com.

 

Noise

 

Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas. Our lounge areas are the perfect place for conversations.

 

Cell Phones and Pagers

 

All cell phones and pagers are required to be mute at all times during your treatments.

 

Children and Pets

 

Our tranquil atmosphere is for your comfort and comfort of other guests. We love children but unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children under 10 years old or any pets during your visit.

 

Smoking

 

Gloria Hincapié Esthetic Center & Spa is a pollution free zone. No smoking is permitted. Attire robes, towels and slippers are provided for facials and body treatments.
